As the largest health-based laboratory in the region, Northwell Health Labs recognizes the importance of laboratory results in a patient’s care. We offer an array of clinical testing procedures at our conveniently located Patient Service Centers across Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island and Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk counties). Our highly trained lab experts make the specimen collection process safe, quick and comfortable while ensuring thorough, compassionate service with accurate diagnostic results.
Laboratory results
Information empowers patients. That’s why we’ve made it easy for you to get your lab results, so you can get valuable insight into your personal health. To receive a free copy of your recent lab test results, simply download the Authorization for Release of Health Information form and send the completed form to the Laboratory Services Center. Lab results can be received by phone, email, mail, fax, or in person four days after your lab work has been completed.
Please note that lab results can only be released to the patient or an authorized representative, Results are also available to some Northwell Health Physician Partners (NHPP) patients through FollowMyHealth, Northwell's patient portal. Call (844) 364-8108 for questions and technical support.
